What are the terms of our £5 replacement service? In order to be aligable for the £5 replacement service, you will need to provide us with evidence of the installation going wrong. The decals must be unuseable, and ready to be disposed of. Our replacement scheme doesn't cover decals for air bubbles, and bumps caused from contaminates on the vehicle. The scheme is set up so that if the decal installation has gone horribly wrong, and resulted in the decal not being installed. The overall decision wether or not we will cover the replacement is down to us. You will need to contact us with your evidence, and we will approve or decline the replacement accordingly. We have the right to request more evidence, if we feel the evidence prvoided isn't suitable.

-
How long do decals last? Our decals are designed to have a lifespan of 3-5 years if looked after correctly. Usually our stripes have a 5 plus year lifespan.
-
Can I intsall the decals myself. Some decals can be a difficult task for in-experienced fitters due to curves on vehicles. Usually the easiest decals to install are those that are fitted to the sides or roof's or vehicles. This is because these are flat surfaces. We always reccomend having a proffesional install graphics, as this way you will get the best results. For in-experienced fitters, we reccomend using a wet instalation method.
-
Do the decals require trimming? Some stripes and graphics require tirmming, to give them a seamless finish on the vehicle. This means that you may need to trim at the end of a panel, or in-between any panel gaps.
-
How do I remove decals if I change my mind? The easiest way to remove decals is with a hair dryer. You can gently apply heat, and lift the decal away from the vehicle. If any glue residue is left over, you can then use a glue remover fluid found at most DIY stores. Sometimes the bodywork may require polishing afterwards. Please be aware that we take no responisbility to any damage caused to the vehicle.

Precautions I should take.Try avoiding applying graphics to resprayed vehicles. If the respray hasn't been done correctly, the paint may get damaged when removing the graphics. Always mask up the vehicle when trimming, as it is very easy to damage your paintwork with a sharp blade. Try to avoid cutting directly onto the paintwork (where possible).
