SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
All products are shipped as standard using Hermes economy delivery. We offer our customers the opportunity to upgrade their delivery service to Royal Mail second class, or UPS.
Unfortunately we don't ship abroad, however you can arrange your own courier. We will provide you with the weight and dimensions of the package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return postage must be covered by the buyer. If decals or graphics are customised, unfortunately we cannot accept returns (this is covered under the sales of goods act).
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. We do not accept returns on any electrical products (these will be replaced if faulty).
Customisation of product includes; Colour choice (other than gloss black), and any personalisation such as numbers, letters cut into decals.
If any item arrives with damaged packaging, please report this immediately. Where possible, please refuse delivery. If, as a result the item is damaged, we will be happy to replace it subject to sufficient evidence being provided.
